Shop Area- On or about 20 March 2014, the exit sign/emergency lighting combo fixture installed over the south side exit pedestrian door was non-functional, thus exposing employees to life safety hazards.    b). Shop Area- On or about 20 March 2014, the exit sign/emergency lighting combo fixture installed over the north side exit pedestrian door was non-functional, thus exposing employees to life safety hazards.
