29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(xvi): Oxygen cylinders were not separated from fuel gas cylinders and combustible materials by either a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a barrier having a fire-resistance rating of 30 minutes. a) Shop - On or about 3/26/14 employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards when oxygen and LP cylinders were not separated by a fire wall with a 1/2 rating. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
