29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. Location: 605 W. 42nd St., New York, NY. a) Employees were working above the unprotected rebar while moving and/or jumping the static netting from the 2nd floor to the 2nd floor mezzanine. Employees were exposed to impalement hazard; on or about 3/20/14.
