29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the job site.   Warm Springs Indian Reservation school project-   (a) Fire extinguishers were not located with the three 1000 gallon propane tanks that were being used at various locations on site to heat to the buildings.   The propane tanks were not protected from vehicle traffic and subject to being struck.

Warm Springs Indian Reservation school project-   (a) Three 1000 gallon propane gas tanks being used on site to heat buildings were not identified to indicate their contents and their hazards.  The propane tanks were not protected from vehicle traffic and subject to being struck resulting in fires and/or explosions. Fire extinguishers were not observed in the area.
