29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 1409 Mill Pointe Court, Lot #7A, Mills Creek Estates Subdivision, Lawrenceville, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 18-20 feet above ground level on the elevated roof with a 8:12 slope pitch. The employees were installing shingles along the ridge of the roof, on or about 03/27/14.
