(b) Warehouse Rivers Edge Printing North East Wall: On or about March 19, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were not permanently labeled with designated load limits. (c) Warehouse Rivers Edge Printing South East Wall: On or about March 19, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were not permanently labeled with designated load limits.
