29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Millersville University South Quad Student Housing - Employees unloaded plywood at a hoist area. There were no guardrails and the employees were not using personal fall arrest systems. The employees were exposed to a fall of 28 feet from the second floor of the building to the ground on or about March 27, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
