Location:  Jobsite, 127 River Road, Wilton, CT    A 25 foot extension ladder was placed upon a wood plank supported by two roof brackets/scaffold supports secured to a pitched roof structure 11 feet above the ground in order to increase the working height of the employees and to gain access to a scaffold platform on the pump jack/ladder jack scaffold.
