29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10): Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were intermixed such that the components fit together with force and the scaffold's structural integrity was not maintained by the user:  a)    On or about March 27, 2014- Job site at 71-08 Northern Blvd, Jackson Heights, NY 11372  Employer permitted employees to work on a scaffold that had non-locking caster wheels bolted to   the base of the scaffold. The wheels used were not made by the manufacturer of the scaffold and   were not otherwise compatible.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
