Elevation of the third story floor to the ground was approximately 32 feet. b) Second Story Floor, on or about March 19, 2014 - no cover was installed for the 40 inch by 16 inch opening at the top of the stairwell. Elevation from the top of the second story stairwell to the first story floor was approximately 9 feet, 4 inches.
