29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a jobsite located at 3 Buffalo Court, Lake Winnebago, Missouri 64034, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards. Employees were observed conducting residential framing activities at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level without any form of fall protection. LG Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1740436, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 2203 Richmond Dr, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder. At a jobsite located at 3 Buffalo Court, Lake Winnebago, Missouri 64034, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards. Employees were using a portable ladder where the side rails did not extend at least 3 feet past the upper landing surface while conducting residential framing activities. LG Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1740436, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 2203 Richmond Dr, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
