29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Block Bin, on or about 4/2/14: Stairway next to the block bin was filled with wood chips. b) Block Bin, on or about 4/2/14: Wood dust had accumulated on rigid conduit, disconnects, around the bin and around the exhaust duct framework. c) Rework Area, on or about 4/2/14: Wood dust and scrap wood pieces had accumulated around the Baker bandsaw and the Morgan trim saw. d) Main saw area, on or about 4/2/14: Wood dust and scrap wood pieces had accumulated around the Brewer trim saw and Cornell cutoff saw. e) Hand Build/ West Wing, on or about 4/2/14: Wood dust and scrap wood pieces had accumulated around the Baker pop up saw and the Kent block saw.
