29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: a) On or about 4/2/14 at a rehabilitation project located at 4540 Southwestern Boulevard, Hamburg, New York; an employee was using a chipping hammer to remove ceramic tile. The tool was plugged into an extension cord to a receptacle being used for temporary power. There was no ground fault circuit interrupter or assured equipment grounding conductor program in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
