Roofing debris was dropped 36 feet to the outside of exterior wall, no enclosed chute was used. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Employees, removing roof debris in the area where the parapet wall height was 32 inches, were not protected by fall protection system(s). Employees were exposed to fall of 36 feet.
