29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Radio Shack Front Sign - Employees installing a modern ballast into an old lighted sign were exposed to fall hazards of approximately ten (10) feet without the use fall protection, on or about 04/03/2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
