Employees are potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals such as bleach, Prelude Laundry Emulsifier and Husky 891 Arena Disinfectant which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Laundry Area, Barnes Sports Complex, Fort Huachuca, AZ: On or about 1 April 2014 and at times prior thereto, corrosive chemicals such as bleach, HUSKY 891 Arena Disinfectant and Prelude Laundry Emulsifier were used which can potentially cause serious eye damage; an eyewash was not provided within the area to irrigate and flush the eyes in case of an emergency.
