On or about March 31, 2014, employees framing a two-story home were not protected from falling 10 feet 6-inches to the next level by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method. b. On or about March 31, 2014, employees framing a two-story home were not protected from falling 18 feet 6-inches to the ground by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method. c. On or about March 31, 2014, employees walking and/or working near the second floor level were not protected from falling 8 feet to the floor below by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method.
