On or about June 6, 2014, the employee bracing trusses on a one-story home was not protected from falling 16 feet to the ground by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method. The Cavazos Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966142, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5007 Pretty Way, Lot 147, Panama City, Florida.
