29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): 29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1,2013. For employees who handled chemicals including but not limited to, diesel fuel, lead acid batteries, oxygen, propylene, and diesel fuel, global harmonization system (GHS) training had not been conducted on the safety data sheet and new labeling system.
