29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:  a) The employer did not submit abatement certification or documentation for citations 1, item 1 and 2 and citation 2, item 1 and 2. Specifically the employer did not submit abatement for citations dealing with not extending ladders 3 feet past landing surfaces, not training employees in the hazards associated with ladders, not ensuring employees use fall protection when working on residential roofs at a height greater than 6 feet, and not training employees on fall protection hazards.
