29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At  353 N Donohue St Auburn, Alabama:  On or about April 2, 2014 and at times prior:  the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities on a residential home had work platforms at least 18 inches wide as required by the standard exposing them to a fall hazard of 13 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a)  At 353 N Donohue StAuburn, Alabama:  On or about April 2, 2014 and at times prior;  the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated walk board involved in framing activities on a residential home had fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 13 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladders length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) At 353 N Donohue St Auburn, Alabama:  On or about April 2, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure a portable extension ladder used by an employee on site to gain access to a walk board had its rails extend at least three feet abovre the landing area exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 13 feet to the ground below.   THE ALEJANDRO RAMERIZ PEREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVELANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.1053(B)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 910382, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 10, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 75, WHITE OAKS SUBDIVISION, 1705 GLENDALE COURT AUBURN, ALABAMA .
