29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about April 2, 2014, at the jobsite an employee was observed working on the ground in the areas where there was a possibility of head injury caused by falling objects from other employees working on the roof of a building without wearing hard hat. Employees were exposed to head injury.
