29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 19, 2014, at the job site employees installing roofing materials on the roof of a single home were not wearing a personal fall arrest system and had no other type of fall protection system provided. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet. Antonio Gomez dba AG Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966579, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2014 with a final abatement date of May 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace hazard at 921 S. Joshua Ave., Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
