29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with the standards set forth in 29 CFR 1926 as evidenced by the violation(s) noted during the course of the inspection: On or about April 1, 2014, the employer did not provide a workplace were any employee, laborer or worker employed in the performance of the contract was free from recognized hazards where workers engaged in cornice work were instructed to use a job made platform that was elevated by a JLG SKYTRAK 10054 and exposed them to a fall hazard of more than 22 feet.
