29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6): Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems: (a)Belair Sitework Services @ 1601 Wewatta, Denver, CO: On and before April 7th, 2014, the creating employer who excavated the dirt ramp used to access the lower portion of the construction site did not ensure guardrails or barriers were installed along the sloped edge. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards in excess of six feet.
