29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Raymond Miller dba Raymond Miller Construction had an employee exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12.5 ft. without fall protection, on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois. Raymond Miller dba Raymond Miller Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314849555, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/30/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1002 South Staley Road, Champaign, Illinois. Raymond Miller dba Raymond Miller Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 283463, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 501 S. 6th Street, Champaign, Illinois.
