Employees were performing roofing work on a multiple pitch roof without fall protection of any kind. Employees were working on a 10:12 roof exposed to falls of 8 feet to the next lower level without fall protection. c) 115 East Hinds Road, Sherrill, NY 13461 - On or about 10/17/23, on the main roof, back side. Employees were performing roofing work on a multiple pitch roof without fall protection of any kind.
