29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) 350 South Street - An employee while cleaning and changing cutting bits was exposed to stored energy specifically on the Heian CNC Router from not receiving training on recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources and methods necessary for energy isolation and control, on or about April 8th, 2014. b) 350 South Street - An employee while cleaning and changing cutting bits was exposed to stored energy specifically on the KOMO CNC Router from not receiving training on recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources and methods necessary for energy isolation and control, on or about April 8th, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
