29 CFR 1926.153(j): Storage of LPG containers. Storage of LPG within buildings is prohibited.  a.     In the building where liquid petroleum gas was used to power aerial lifts and powered industrial trucks, the employer stored several cylinders of liquid petroleum gas beside the tool boxes inside the building thereby exposing employees to a fire/explosion hazard.

Suitability of equipment for an identified purpose may be evidenced by listing, labeling, or certification for that identified purpose.  a.     In the electrical room where employees were running electrical wiring, the employer placed cardboard over the front of a 480/277 energized electrical panel which was not listed or labeled for this use thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.
