29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: HVAC: Employees authorized to perform lock out procedures were not annually evaluated on machine specific procedures for multi-energy source equipment such as air compressors, which have both electric and pneumatic energy.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: Bldg. 874 Structures Shop: Two disconnects on the back wall which energized the sawdust extraction system and the oscillating spindle system had no markings which indicated their purpose. The U.S. Air Force 60th Civil Engineering Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191646, citation number 01, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 241 V Street Travis AFB, CA 94535.
