29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof of the Church - Employees were working on a steep roof (8:12 pitch) with unprotected sides and edges approximately 28 feet above the ground level and was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems or being connected to a personal fall arrest systems, observed on or about 4-14-14. EASTERN ROOFING SYSTEMS INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314155862, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 8/24/10 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 801 N.
