29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. On or about April 16, 2014, at least three workers installed insulation and sheet metal roofing, as well as staged material across the roof without fall protection while at elevated locations 15 feet or more above the ground. The available fall protection harnesses were not implemented. DANCO CONSTRUCTION, INCORPORATED WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312851660, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON AUGUST 10, 2009 FOR THE WORKSITE LOCATED AT 3502 ROOSEVELT, SAN ANTONIO, TX.
