Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 1903.19(d).

A forklift, Yale #2 Serial A810N017195, was found to be producing high levels of carbon monoxide during normal operation and at idle, including a peak concentration of 130 PPM CO.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

In the maintenance shop, an oxygen and acetylene tank were found stored together, not separated by a noncombustible barrier.     There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
