29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: New England Motor Freight/ South Plainfield, NJ - Products including, but not limited Valvoline brand Automatic Transmission fluid and Hydraulic fluid were dispensed in containers with incorrect labeling. Products were routinely stored in approximately 1 gallon windshield wiper fluid containers. Condition observed on/or about 04/18/2014.
