Building 2, Bay1:                       One section of guardrail of a tubular welded scaffold was 23" high.

Building 2:    3)          The unused section of the blade of the Doall Horizontal metal cutting Bandsaw was not guarded.    4)           A rotating hub of the bandsaw was not guarded.    5)           A back section of the unused part of the blade of the bandsaw was not guarded.    6)           A section of the spoked bandsaw wheel of the bandsaw was not guarded.    Building 4:    7)           The chuck of the Warner and Swasey Lathe was not guarded.    8)            The chuck key of the Warner and Swasey Lathe was not equipped with a spring.                    GLADDING-HEARN SHIPBUILDING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.212(A)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 312105596, CITATION 1 ITEM 2, ISSUED ON 10-06-2009, WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF 10-27-09.
