29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: (a) Boat yard: an employee suffered a serious laceration to his left index finger when using a Central Pneumatic 4 inch air angle grinder model 95504 that was missing the handle and used with a carbide tipped blade with 24 teeth against manufactures instructions.
