29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)    a) On or about 4/23/2014, Drywall Systems Plus employees while working at the Battalion Headquarters 101HHB project on Ft Campbell, KY were exposed to hazardous materials (skin and eye irritants) and did not have access to the safety data sheets for hazardous materials used to include but not limited to line marking paint and aerosol propellant.    DRYWALL SYSTEMS PLUS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 301511994, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON July 14, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BATTALION HEADQUARTERS 101HHB PROJECT FORT CAMPBELL, KY.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
