Walnut, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire or explosion hazard in that two containers, one filled with gasoline and one filled with diesel fuel, where located where a vehicle or piece of machinery could come in to contact with the drums and create an explosion, fire, or spill hazard.

29 CFR 1926.152(g)(11): Each service or refueling area was not provided with at least one fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C located so that an extinguisher would be within 75 feet of each pump, dispenser, underground fill pipe opening and lubrication or service center: (a). Worksite located at 1222 E. Walnut, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire or explosion hazard and a fire extinguisher was not conspicuously located in the area. Two containers: one filled with gasoline, and one filled with diesel, were located near the superintendent's job trailer in which no fire extinguishers of adequate rating and size were in the located in the vicinity. One 5 abc extinguisher was located in the job trailer.
