The employer, Brad Carpenter dba Pallet Tek Co., operated a spraybooth that was not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry except that aluminum or other substantial noncombustible material may be used for intermittent or low volume spraying. The spraybooth contained one wall of hollow aluminum that leaned against the exhaust hood, and a table made out of combustible material. In unsprinklered buildings where sprinklers are installed only to protect spraying areas, the installation did not conform to such standards insofar as they are applicable. The employer, Brad Carpenter dba Pallet Tek Co., operated a spray booth in an unsprinklered building.
