The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level. WAREHOUSE: The emergency exit door/route at bay 64, overhead door 63 was blocked with a delivery. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION Bozzutos Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in Citation 2, Item 5, contained in OSHA inspection number 313516122, issued on 02-17-2010, with a final order date of 03-15-10, with respect to a workplace location at 400 Industrial Avenue, Cheshire, CT 06410.
