29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal:  a) At Robert A. Young Federal Building (1222 Spruce St. St. Louis, Missouri),  Protective Service Officers (PSOs) who are in guard duties at are not permitted to have access to water while they are on duty.  b) At Robert A. Young Federal Building, (1222 Spruce St., St. Louis, Missouri), Protective Service Officers (PSOs) are not allowed access to water until after 10 hours of the 12 hour shifts.  c) At Robert A. Young Federal Building (1222 Spruce St., St. Louis, Missouri), Protective Service Officers (PSOs) are not allowed access to water until after 6 hours of the 8 hour shift.
