29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) for employees working at 11302 Cypress Drive in (Tampa), as observed on or about April 25, 2014. Employees were installing insulated metal roofing panels on a roof with a 6:12 pitch. The roof had eave heights ranging from 13-feet 7-inches to 19-feet 3-inches and the employees had no fall protection system in place.
