Beal, Inc., 2455 Robinson Road West, Erie, PA 16509, on or about April 30, 2014 and times prior thereto: Employees were utilizing paint products including, but not limited to, Zinsser Shieldz Wallcovering Primer, Sherwin Williams 850A Acrylic Latex Caulk, Sunnyside Denatured Alcohol, XIM Latex X-Tender, and Amercoat 450HSG. The MSDSs for these products were not on the jobsite and/or in the binder with the other MSDS(s).

The drill was not tagged out of service, rendered inoperable, or otherwise removed from the site.
