OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a)  On or about April 30, 2014, and times prior to that date, employees who work from the Benomic Easykit mobile scaffolds were exposed to injuries created by the rail or pipe systems not mounted securely.     Abatement Note:      Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement would be to follow the requirements oulined in the Benomic Easykit owner's manual, which includes, among other requirements, the following:            1.   Pipes must be properly attached to the supports.            2.   Loose fitting pipes may not be used!            3.   Train employees on the proper use of the mobile scaffold.
