29 CFR 1910.180(h)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that the crane was not loaded beyond the rated load capacity. On or about April 19, 2014 employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards because a Broderson IC-80 crane was used to lift a press that exceeded the load capacity of the crane and during the lift the crane tipped over.
