1910.95(d)(1) Information indicated that any employee's exposure may equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, and the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program. a) On May 1, 2014, an employee in the Lumber Grater area was exposed to an noise dose of 124.40%, or an equivalent Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 91.5 dBA. This employee was not included in an employer noise monitoring program. b) On May 1, 2014, an employee working in the Sawmill Grater area was exposed to an noise dose of 167.90%, or an equivalent Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 93.7 dBA. This employee was not included in an employer noise monitoring program. c) On May 1, 2014, an employee working as a Planer Feederman was exposed to an noise dose of 261.90%, or an equivalent Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 96.9 dBA. This employee was not included in an employer noise monitoring program. d) On May 1, 2014, an employee working as a Sawmill Sorter was exposed to an noise dose of 76.33%, or an equivalent Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 88.0 dBA. 29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) The employer did not conduct annual audiograms for all employees exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels or more.
