29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: Location: 1771 S. Erie Blvd, Hamilton, OH: On or about May 7, 2014 two employees working for ABC Signs, Inc. were observed rewiring and replacing the retainer of a McDonalds restaurant sign while sitting and standing on the rails of aerial lift bucket truck and exposed to a fall hazard approximately 7 feet above ground level.
