29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 7, 2014, employees were laying the roof decking on the apartment complex under construction up to approximately 11 feet 4 inches high without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard. Perdomo Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 932464, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/30/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1900 Barton Springs Rd. Austin, TX, 78704.
