29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 7, 2014, employees were laying the roof decking on the apartment complex under construction up to approximately 11 feet 4 inches high without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
