For the Benada Aluminum Products facility as observed on or about 05/02/2014, employees used compressed air for cleaning at pressures greater than 30 p.s.i.  a) In the forklift shop compressed air was used at a dead front pressure of 90 p.s.i.  b) At the billet saw, compressed air was used for cleaning at a dead front pressure of 60 p.s.i.   Benada Aluminum Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.242(b)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316472679, citation number 1, item number 09, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 2540 Jewett Lane, Sanford, FL 32771.
